At Four Paws Haven 🐾, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons for pets.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
